This is our second time using Klaus & Sons. First time was for an AC issue and this time was to install a new water heater as are old one died. We are extremely happy that we found them on Nextdoor and called them for our service needs. They have reasonable prices, they are honest and explain everything so that we understood what was going on. Jake, who came out to install the new water heater was great!

Water seeping barely coming out of wall from above, seeping but kind of very slow, not actually dripping but they see a water stain on the wall. Also, we installed a kitchen sink in 2022, it never has stayed tight and whole unit will loosen up eventually, they have to keep adjusting it, wondering if there is a permanent solution to fix this or if it's just the kind of faucet it is. She said she is old and disabled, takes a while to get up so you can just knock on door loudly and walk in. Please provide pricing first before performing any work!!

3-5. Time requested. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Barbara, they said their is like an oily substance that is leaking from this unit that we just installed in mid September that needs to be looked at. Also said she paid for a thermostat that didn't get installed.

(1-5 REQ) COD. Spoke with Kristina. She would like to get a maintenance done on both the cooling and heating side of her HVAC. She says that her electricity bill is running high and think s a maintenance will help it work more efficiently. She was quoted $257 for the maintenance. She said she just switched out her filter about a month ago, so she shouldn't be needing anew one. Please get approval on any other pricing BEFORE performing any work!
