This is our second time using Klaus & Sons. First time was for an AC issue and this time was to install a new water heater as are old one died. We are extremely happy that we found them on Nextdoor and called them for our service needs. They have reasonable prices, they are honest and explain everything so that we understood what was going on. Jake, who came out to install the new water heater was great!

8-10. Text when in route. I spoke to Jim, they need an estimate on some plumbing work. 1. Toilet assembly is not working and refilling right. 2. Hose bib leaking outside. 3. Other hosebib has old hose attached and they can't get it off. 4. Kitchen faucet leaks under, they turned off the valve so no water is coming through, may need to replace valve. Doing kitchen remodel so doesn't want to replace faucet.
