Amen did an excellent job determining problem! The prior plumber completely misdiagnosed the problem and give me an estimate to rip up the floor and repair the pipe which he claimed had broken and was causing the problem. The estimate was several thousand dollars and would not have resolved the issue! I will contact your office to set an account for future plumbing work at the apartment building . 2 - 4. Per Julio: Requested Andrew. I spoke to Cheryl they have a tankless water heater in their garage that is making a loud popping noise every now and then. They want to have it looked at before it gets worse. They are still getting hot water.

Fernando recently replaced a gas valve (2/5/25) and circuit board (2/11/25) for her HVAC in February of this year and she doesn't know if it's related. If it has anything to do with those repairs, it would still be covered under the 90 day warranty. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing work!
A Desiree called to let us know that there was a miscommunication, and they had another contractor out that started the work, but they had them cancel it because they wanted us to do it... So, she just wanted to let us know that if it looks like the project was started that is why...
