Amen did an excellent job determining problem! The prior plumber completely misdiagnosed the problem and give me an estimate to rip up the floor and repair the pipe which he claimed had broken and was causing the problem. The estimate was several thousand dollars and would not have resolved the issue! I will contact your office to set an account for future plumbing work at the apartment building . 2-4. Time requested. I spoke to John, they gave approval to schedule, just call to get approval for work before doing anything. The tenant Jose will be on site, the garbage disposal is leaking alot and they have water pooling from under the dishwasher.
