(10-12) COD. Spoke with Charles. He has a clogged up sink and he would like to get an estimate for clearing it. He thinks it might be a little complicated, as his friend already tried to clear it with a 25ft snake and it's still not clear. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
8 - 12. NET30. Spoke to Illeana. This is for Unit E. Tenant said that hvac keeps tripping the breaker? Said she thinks it's an hvac issue not electrician. Please check out.
8 - 10. COD. Spoke to Ernie. URGENCY LIST!! Please call if something opens up sooner. Just bought place and moved in and found out there’s no hot water. Would like us to inspect water heater, not sure if it's the knob or pilot light not lit. Also, in one of restrooms - not sure if hot water knob is switched with cold, he thinks the knobs are wrong. Please take a look at these 2 issues and provide pricing before performing any work!!
10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Scott. 2 plumbing problems – washing machine error message, we put in regulators – turned it off other day, turned it back on to do wash, thinks one is broken – control we put in needs to be replaced. We also put the water heater in and put timer in there, thinks timer needs to be reset working fine but they had 2 or 3 major power outages recently and clock went off, took shower in morning and it wasn't very hot. Please check out these issues and provide pricing before performing any work!!

10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Zaw. CALL WHEN 30 minutes out!! - (626) 271-6721. One of showers – hot water was leaking behind wall – turned off hot water and not leaking anymore. He opened shower valve and checked it, shower wall wasn’t leaking, thinks it's one of pipes that got disconnected, noticed it last night. Please check out and provide pricing before performing any work!!
