Had Klaus and Sons replace my washer cold and hot water valve box that included the drain. When I installed my washer, it overflowed. They came back the next day, snaked the drain and everything is all good. The didn't charge me for snaking the line. Thank you for the great service.

10 - 12 (TIME REQ). COD. Spoke to Tammy. Plumbing issue- toilet in big bathroom unit inside to refill not working, now it's leaking from bottom. Might need completely new toilet replacement, this toilet is 18 y/o. Please check out and provide estimate for repair or replacement depending on what it needs. Turned toilet off for now and has another bathroom.
COD. Spoke with Jeane, we installed her water heater in 2014. All warranties have elapsed. She said she is getting NO HOT WATER to her property. It is located in the corner of her garage. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

He said that at his last appt, David injected dye into his system so he would be able to perform a leak detection on his unit in the fall, he was just calling in to schedule the leak detection. 3-5. Time requested. COD. I spoke to Rigo, they need the hvac unit to be serviced. They just purchased the home and want to make sure their unit is nice and clean. I did quote $257 for the service.
12-2 COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Bonnie, their water softener system is leaking when it runs.
8-10. COD. Talk to Jesse before going to call! Per Jesse, will be $176 to snake kitchen line, if that does not work $425 to run a kitchen jet and waive the $176 if we need to jet.
