Had Klaus and Sons replace my washer cold and hot water valve box that included the drain. When I installed my washer, it overflowed. They came back the next day, snaked the drain and everything is all good. The didn't charge me for snaking the line. Thank you for the great service.

10-12. I spoke to Sherwins wife, they are renewing the service agreement for another year! It is renewing on the 26th of June. Please provide service.
We recommended a liner. Wes installed a 4-inch cleanout with riser and cap and everything was working fine. Having issues now, toilets aren't flushing, would like us to come out and clean it out and possibly camera the line (if we are able to today) and then provide quote for having a liner shot in.
8-12. COD. I spoke to Jerry, they had an hvac unit put in on October 2024. He said that the zoning for the thermostat is not working right and it transmits to the wrong zone, they would like help trying to fix it.
10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Brent. Outside pipe is leaking for the water line. Started about 4 days ago. Dripping a couple drips a second. Leaking at main that comes in on right hand side the pipe come out of main, previous owners have filter canister, it is leaking right in front of canister. Puddling next to foundation, doesn’t want it to leak into house. Shut off is right there. Please provide pricing before performing any work!! ATTACHED PHOTO BELOW.

2-4. COD. Text when in route. I spoke to Jamie, they noticed theres a loud whooshing noise in their bathroom every so often like water is running for no reason and they're not sure what is causing it. They want to have it inspected.
