In front of property the water hose pipe, pipe that sticks out of wall is rusted and has little spray coming out, needs to be fixed. Please check garbage disposal as well – not working properly, sounds funny. CODE TO LOCKBOX: 1121 - if key is not there, use the padlock CODE: 7964 – enter code and twist and it will open. If facing the front door, the pipe is on the right side of patio, water is shut off there is a yellow tag, you can turn on the water from there. PLEASE CALL GLORIA WITH FINDINGS - (626) 484-7798. I CONFIRMED WITH HER THAT WE WILL BE OUT THIS DAY AND TIME. Pipe needs to be fixed, and garbage disposal either fixed or replaced.

Called out again. This time ran all your snake multiple times and pulled back small paintbrush that was stuck in the toilet trap. I let the teachers know that if the children are throwing objects in the toilet, the toilet will definitely back up over and over. First visit was wet wipes this visit was paintbrush.
