No hot water for second floor, So Cal gas came out & said it is not the water heater, maybe a mixing issue? She's had this issue for a couple of weeks now. Any time. COD. CC on file. House is vacant, they just need this fixed before August 14th. Spoke to Gloria (works for Fahima/main POC for this). In front of property the water hose pipe, pipe that sticks out of wall is rusted and has little spray coming out, needs to be fixed. Please check garbage disposal as well – not working properly, sounds funny. CODE TO LOCKBOX: 1121 - if key is not there, use the padlock CODE: 7964 – enter code and twist and it will open. If facing the front door, the pipe is on the right side of patio, water is shut off there is a yellow tag, you can turn on the water from there. PLEASE CALL GLORIA WITH FINDINGS - (626) 484-7798. I CONFIRMED WITH HER THAT WE WILL BE OUT THIS DAY AND TIME. Pipe needs to be fixed, and garbage disposal either fixed or replaced.
