8 - 12. COD. Spoke to Christina. REQ DAVID ONLY. David was out in November, she said he should know what the issue is and was told to call back if it was happening again. Panel says no airflow, but temp is 70, panel says it's 80 something. Said she needs a filter change as well. Quoted $158 for diagnostic. Looks like we put in a 4 zone zoning board in 2023.

1 - 3. Spoke to Ray. They have a leak outside, pipes from drip irrigation system. Got water bill few days ago and noticed consumption increased significantly, established this yesterday and confirmed it's between where pipe comes into yard going to backyard. Please provide pricing before performing work!

I called and talked to her, and they are going to pay when you come out, please call the office to give card number so we can renew her membership for this visit!!! Also, Donna will not be home. Her husband will be home. He is dropping her off at the airport at 10am, so he will be back by 1pm. 2 - 4. Spoke to Paul. Garbage disposal leaking from bottom, has filter system too that's tapped into line going into garbage disposal, thinks it all needs to all be replaced. Thinks he needs new garbage disposal.
