Homeowner is elderly, will be on-site with caregiver, but trustee (son - Chris) is in charge of payment if they move forward. The dishwasher lines stink really bad, real estate agent will be on site as well. Please provide estimate first before performing any work!

Unit is about 14 years old, gallons: 50. Please check out and see if it's repairable or needs to be replaced and provide pricing before performing any work!
