(10-12) COD. Spoke with Robin. They are having low pressure issues with their kitchen sink. This is the only place affected. Their hot water only dispenses in a slow stream. They also have maybe 3-4 other small plumbing issues they have questions on as well. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

Found system low on refrigerant. This is a recurring issue. Need to go back with locking caps and check charge in a week.

(8:15-10 arrival) COD. Spoke with Emilie. They are dropping kids off at school around 8am, but will be back home right after. They have a sewer smell that seems like it's coming from the crawl space. They are thinking it may be a blocked sewer line. They were already quoted $249 for the crawlspace diagnostic. Please get approval on any other pricing BEFORE performing any work!
3-5. COD. I spoke to Theresa, they want to get a kitchen jetter done to clear their line.
2-4. Sal requested. I spoke to Soundra, they had a water heater installed by us in 2020 and the unit is not working properly, they are not getting any hot water from the unit at all. Did see there was still warranty on the parts, not the labor.
Yearly hydrojet maintenance second building - Stauffer building
8 - 10. Spoke to Alex. Yearly hydrojet maintenance on main sewer lines for a few buildings at Claremont Graduate University. They do it every year with us. Have commencement on the 17th where bathrooms are heavily used and they don’t want any backups/emergencies occurring day of. Need hydro jet on both McManus and Stauffer buildings. (8-10 REQ) COD. Spoke with Bruce. He is the homeowner as of 3/11/25. He is having issues with his kitchen line not draining properly. It recently backed up into the utility/laundry room where there is a cleanout. He would also like to get pricing on installing a new fridge line. He should have no appliances or furniture in the way currently.
(8-10 REQ) Warranty. We finished install on this unit in February of this year. Spoke with Tina, she said that the unit isn't working.
