(10-12) Callback. Spoke with Karri, the tub that Mario cleared the drain for on 8/25/25 (still covered under the 30 day warranty given) is now backing up again. There is about an inch of standing water in the tub.

12 - 2. Jesse was out for repair of broken water main underground 2 weeks ago. Leak caused by roots from an olive tree, fixture or valve that goes to fill pool and went to fill pool, discovered that valve is leaking a bit, only leaks when turned on, needs tightening possibly? Please check out

Said he received letter from insurance company requiring: 1) automatic water shut off device – has 2 on hand, wasn't sure if we need just 1 or 2 for both backhouse and main home. 2) low temperature sensor? Jesse said this may be for the water heater/pressure relief valve, so please check this out as well while there (there is 1 water heater in garage, second is in back house).
