(10-12) Callback. Spoke with Karri, the tub that Mario cleared the drain for on 8/25/25 (still covered under the 30 day warranty given) is now backing up again. There is about an inch of standing water in the tub.

Jesse said this may be for the water heater/pressure relief valve, so please check this out as well while there (there is 1 water heater in garage, second is in back house).
