1-5. COD. I spoke to Cathy, the backhouse adu unit is not blowing any cool air, they ran it for a while at 77 and the temp went up to 79.
2 - 4 (REQ TIME & FRIDAY). COD. Spoke to Robert (real estate agent). Call Robert when on the way!! - (626) 625-7230. This is for the seller/trustee. Homeowner is elderly, will be on-site with caregiver, but trustee (son - Chris) is in charge of payment if they move forward. The dishwasher lines stink really bad, real estate agent will be on site as well. Please provide estimate first before performing any work!
10-12. Cod. Text when in route. I spoke to Sharon, their shower handle leaks when it turns on and they have to wiggle it around to get it to stop.

10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Leslie. Hot water heater went out this weekend on Saturday morning. No hot water, pilot light not on and has some leaking water from it. Unit is about 14 years old, gallons: 50. Please check out and see if it's repairable or needs to be replaced and provide pricing before performing any work!
