8 - 12. NET30. Spoke to Nick. thermostat kicks on but no heat coming out, had new thermostat put in by us a month ago. Please check out and provide pricing before performing any work! If related to repair from last time, it is under warranty.

3 - 5. Spoke to Nick (owns Upland Manor). This is his personal home. He gets off work at 3pm so if you get there before he is home, the door code is 0709, you have permission to enter. Condenser outside, air handler upstairs. If need gate code it's: 1125. Fan seems to be blowing, kicks on but not chilling, system installed in 2017, 8 years old. Just started, last 2 nights have been pretty brutal.
