12 - 2. Spoke to Henry. Water heater leaking, thinks it's starting to go out. Saw some water underneath, just a little, not sure where it's coming from, making rumbling noise too but they do have hot water. Doesn't know the gallon size but says it's one of the bigger round ones... Age from 2005 he thinks. His neighbor's tanks started to go out recently so just wants to get ahead of it before anything happens. Please provide pricing before performing any work!!
