(12-2 REQ) COD. REQ Jake. Spoke with Kathy (909) 331-1650, Kimberly's sister who also lives at the property. They have a few plumbing things they would like to get looked at. Their water heater is starting to make weird noises so they think it needs a maintenance (you just installed this w/h in Feb 2024). They have their kitchen sink making gurgling noises and they think it needs to be snaked. They also have a leaky hose bibb in the back yard. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

Everything working okay but mentioned David said it might need a recharge last time. We did an AC maintenance last August 2024. They change the filter themselves in October. Quoted $158 for AC maintenance only, please provide pricing for anything additional before performing any work!! Per David last invoice: Next year it will be recommended to install new start components.
