Arrived today for no cooling on downstairs system. Found wire from safety switch pulled out and thermostat programmed for conventional gas AC system Downstairs system is a 2023 2 ton Trane heat pump. Programming the thermostat and pushing safety switch wire back into the safety switch. Customer will call us back in fall to get on membership to keep systems serviced.
