Recently bought my house and before I could move in I noticed a water leak close to the meter , called several plumbers in McCalla and none of them wanted to touch it without replacing the entire line . I reached out to Brandon Bice of pro services via Facebook . It was late at night so I figured he Would get back to me the next day . Not only did he respond back that same night he was at my place they next day . He gave me his honest opinion and communicated to me what was going on from start to finish . I am a skilled professional that works for a Pro Services LLC company. I recently completed a job on a Goodman AC unit that was not cooling. The unit had a capacitor, Hardart kit, and contactor that needed to be repaired or replaced. I removed the old capacitor, Hardart kit, and contactor and replaced them with new ones. I also checked the electrical connections and tested the unit to ensure it was working properly.
I serviced a residential septic tank that was due for pumping. I used a vacuum truck to remove the accumulated sludge and solids from the tank. After emptying the tank, I inspected the baffles and inlet/outlet pipes for any signs of wear or blockage. Everything was functioning properly, and I advised the homeowner on a regular pumping schedule to maintain the system’s efficiency.
I repaired a Carrier HVAC system that was not cooling properly. After inspecting the unit, I found that the capacitor was failing. I replaced it with a new Run Capacitor and checked the refrigerant levels, which were within the correct range.
