Opened ceiling where damaged drywall was located in attempt to locate leak. Ran several test and found leak was coming from bathtub drains. Opened drywall behind waste and overflow to confirm what was leaking and found water was running down the gab between tub spout and shower wall. Also noticed shower valve was not strapped and had a lot of movement. Attempted to strap shower valve as best as possible via access and re caulked around tub spout. Ran water for several minutes and didn’t see any further leaks. Explained to Cutsomer if he notices the shower leaking the next step was be opening the ceiling located under the tub drain
