Estimated time frame of project is subject to change depending on several factors such as waiting on confirmation from insurance as well as any change orders that may be needed to be submitted for extra work. Start date of water mitigation will be 10-23-25. An estimated time frame of 5 days to complete this portion. Includes necessary demolition, and drying time.
