Checked several things that inspector pointed out during inspection. 1. Replaced regulator and adjusted pressure. 2. Tightened water heater straps. 3. water heater backer blocks are not required per code. The strapping that is there now is sufficient. 4. Resealed kitchen venting. 5. Inspected guest bathroom toilet and is installed properly. Is not loose and does not need to be tightened. 6. Adjusted temperature on guest shower 7. Den fireplace was lit and is working properly.
