Performed leak detection and line tracing and found that customer has an active hot water leak on copper water line that feeds upstairs master bathroom. Located leak and marked it with tape next to fire place. There were two locations that my equipment picked up, but location near fire place was the loudest. Customer has two options. We can perform a direct access repair which will involve jackhammering of concrete and performing repair. Or what we recommend is performing re route of water line above head. Doing so will prevent having to jackhammer and removal of tile flooring and will completely eliminate water line going under ground
