After a major leak caused extensive damage to the kitchen cabinetry, flooring and countertops the customer filed an insurance claim. Although the claim included costs associated with the removal and replacement of the laminate flooring throughout the home (running floor) the customer has opted to focus the funds on a complete kitchen remodel, leaving the existing laminate flooring in the other areas of the house. The below proposal outlines the work to be done to perform the remodel.
