Complete no cool call. I did a full inspection of the hvac system. I found the system to be low on refrigerant. I offered the full system leak search to pinpoint where the leak is coming from to make the repair. I also added (3) lbs of 410a to get the customer cooling until repairs can be made. I cycled and inspected the equipment ensuring proper operation. The system is now cooling to manufactures specification. Our customer will call us if he decides to move forward on the leak search.
