Came out to do maintenance. Checked pressures and found system to be a little low. Checked amp draw and capacitance. After discussing with homeowner, added pound of refrigerant back into system. Checked TD and amp draw on indoor fan motor. Also visually inspected evaporator coil and primary pan. Treated and flushed condensate line. Made a suggestion for indoor air quality with an air purifier and sent estimate. System is cooling and functioning properly at this time
