Had new Trane HVAC system installed by Watkins Heating and Cooling. Our furnace is in the attic and is a challenge. Randy Watkins came out and worked with us to find the best products for our particular situation. Randy also made a point to talk to our HOA President about a future project we are trying to get permission for. The office staff, Danny, was great to work with. She helped us with payment/financing, and scheduling. The day of installation Kevin and 2 other technicians (sorry can't remember their names) came and removed old attic unit, and outside AC unit. They worked constantly trying to get the job done in 1 day. They did have to come back for few hours the next day but once again worked hard the entire time they were there. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left each day. They were very friendly and respectful of our home. Kevin showed us new both units (Attic & Exterior) and explained about maintenance and usage of both units and asked if we had questions. He also showed us in detail how to use the new thermostat and once again answered any questions we had. I am very happy that we decided to go with Watkins Heating and Cooling.
