Upon remotely logging in, it was discovered that the drivers causing core isolation were from the printer. It was explained that in order to enable core isolation, a new printer would be required as the latest drivers for that model were released in 2012.

I determined the access point was not the issue. The problem was that the switch was half-dead. It no longer reported to the cloud controller or provided POE to any of the connected devices. I swapped in a new 48-port switch and everything came up.
