Assisted the customer with setting up Microsoft Authenticator and changing their password. Subsequently, provided guidance on accessing email through Outlook on desktop and mobile applications.
Personnel changes have been made in Microsoft 365 per the customer's request.
Reinstalled the drive as well and installing a fresh version of Windows 10.
The power cable in the monitor has been fully seated, correcting the issue of the monitor not turning on. Additionally, PSSLite has been successfully installed and the camera feed has been set up for the customer.
The customer resolved the issue themselves quickly.
The customer's account needed to be set up as a brand new user. Microsoft Authenticator and SMS backup were configured, followed by rebooting the system. After signing in, guidance was provided on how to navigate Edge, OneDrive/SharePoint, Outlook, and Office apps. It was explained that Edge and OneDrive were synced for convenience, so it was suggested to utilize those tools primarily.
Assisted the customer with her Microsoft account problems and configured Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
