It has been determined that, due to the mailbox becoming full while we were away from our desks over the weekend, emails were bounced and unfortunately, there is no way to recover those emails. Moving forward, we will ensure to monitor mailbox space usage for this specific customer more regularly.
Since this alert was triggered, the machine has performed Windows Updates. Thus, we are closing this alert.
Wiped and pre-provisioned a computer for the customer.
Added the user in Microsoft 365 and added to the requisite security and Microsoft 365 groups to grant access to HaloPSA, privileged SharePoint sites, and other necessary utilities. Provisioned a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license for the user.
Updated the application credentials for the Halo PSA calendar sync.
Provided consultative services to determine which license type should be purchased for users with large quantities of email in their Online Archive storage in Exchange Online. Determined this would be Exchange Online Plan 2. We purchased the license, provisioned it to necessary users, and ensured automatic expanding archives were enabled.
It was determined that the external sender had been temporarily blacklisted - not themselves, but the entire domain - likely due to another user being compromised or a similar issue. The blacklist has since been lifted. However, we have added this important client (of our client) to the allowlist to ensure that future emails are never missed.
Completed an investigation and discovered a compromised user account. We reset the password and revoked all sessions, and recommended strongly that the customer upgrade their entire tenant to Entra P1 and implement Entra P2 licenses for VIP users.
Approved two items for a single customer on the global spam filter whitelist requests.
No AppRiver spam filter requests were seen at this time.

Created a user mailbox for sales mailbox access, using an Exchange Online P1 license. Granted delegate access to the outside sales representative's mailbox. Created an Entra app registration with the required permissions to enable API access to the mailbox. Authorized the application and tested access to the mailbox. As a result, sales emails can now be sent using Microsoft 365 with the actual sales representative's email address.
All pending patches related to the Linux servers have been approved.
