I remotely accessed the client's system and it appears that the issue has been resolved by utilizing the classic version of Outlook rather than the new Outlook.

It has been identified that there is a bug in the latest version of macOS that causes PDF page contents to rotate when edits are made to other pages. A workaround for this issue is to utilize a third-party PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat. The customer was assisted with the setup process. It is anticipated that this issue will be resolved in a future update.
The drives became disconnected and to fix the issue, I had to disconnect and reconnect them. However, during this process, I encountered a strange situation where despite being disconnected, the drives still appeared in windows with their assigned letters and were even accessible. To address the problem, I removed the drive mappings and the registry keys linked to them. After doing so, I asked the customer to log out and log back in before remapping the drives.

The network has been updated and several tasks have been completed to ensure efficient functionality. To start, a firewall was installed to allow for network management. Additionally, the DHCP scope has been modified to align with the appropriate subnet. The Truenas server was logged into to confirm network connectivity, and a DNS record was established to simplify routing to the server. Furthermore, Truenas was updated to version 3 and the users and permissions were checked to ensure proper access. A scheduled task has been created to automatically re-enable and restart the backup service.
The customer successfully reinstalled CCleaner, which resolved the issues it had caused. To address the problem of CCleaner disabling all backups, a scheduled task was set up to run early every morning, enabling and starting the service.
Verified settings for Gmail and modified phone settings to prompt before deleting.
