A new user account has been created for the customer. Credentials and instructions for account access and setup have been provided.
The computer has live insects. Will call the customer and let them know to come pick it up.
Transferred data to the new laptop
Implemented new features associated with the upgrade to Microsoft 365 Business Premium, such as superior spam filtering, impersonation protection, Conditional Access policies with advanced security, and more. The customer also has access to far more email storage than prior and can leverage device management features with Intune if desired.
Installed a new SSD and Windows 11
Investigated why emails from a legacy domain were no longer going to the user's primary address - it turns out the domain had expired. Closing this ticket for no response for two weeks, but we are happy to assist with setting up a conference call to log in and renew the domain (or the customer can perform this action themselves in GoDaddy).
Installed New Printer Cartridges to several printers and made sure everything connected and printed correctly.
Checked for Malware and installed Avast Antivirus
Tested the motherboard and power supply and replaced 1 stick of ram.
Purchased New Computer for customer and recovered data from failing drive (Gillware).

Offboarding for the customer's account has been completed. The account has been unlicensed as requested, and emails have been forwarded to another user.
