Replaced the SSD and performed a repair installation of Windows. Everything was functioning correctly here at the shop. However, upon returning onsite, the system was not working properly. After further investigation, it was discovered that the issue was related to the environment. A network problem was identified and communicated to the customer. Attempting to resolve the issue, I rebooted the TMobile 5G router, but unfortunately, it had no effect. I recommended that the customer reach out to TMobile to acquire a new modem or explore the option of switching to Comcast, which was recently installed in their neighborhood.
I called him back and he didn't want to pay the afterhours rate nor the regular rate.
