Viruses and RMMs have been removed and new anti-virus software has been installed on both computers.
The customer has successfully signed out of the Right Networks desktop, resulting in the closure of all QuickBooks Desktop instances. In addition, the customer has uninstalled TeamViewer and removed other unnecessary software that was cluttering the system.
A new graphics card has been installed and it appears to have resolved the issue of the screen flickering.
All files and programs have been successfully transferred and a virus scan has been performed to mitigate any identified viruses. Additionally, access has been logged into the customer/client email accounts.
Upon arrival at the site, it was noted that the client had already changed the email password and enabled 2FA. Virus scan was performed on the computer and POP was disabled as required.
The static IP has been set and the RD gateway has been tested on the laptops provided by the customer.
