Upon accessing the client's computer, it was noted that their internet speed was only roughly 8mbps down. We kindly advised the client to verify their service plan with their internet service provider, Comcast, to ensure they are paying for a suitable amount of download speed. If the client determines that they are currently paying for a lower download speed, they may choose to upgrade their plan accordingly. In the event that the client is paying for more than 25mbps, we will further investigate the root cause of the slow connection.
Please set the default PDF viewer to Chrome as it appears that Microsoft Word 2007 is currently set as the default viewer. This change will allow for a more seamless user experience when opening PDF files. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
