The tech came to our house only 15 minutes after calling to set up our service! He was familiar with our apartment and knew exactly what to do. He was very nice, and professional. Unfortunately he was a Lakers fan in a home of Celtics fans, but it made for great conversation. Overall, our service has been exceptional. Thanks for making our weekend!
