Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up. Here's a summary of the work completed: **Filtration:** * Replaced the 16x20 pleated filter. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly. * Identified the compressor start capacitor as not working properly and outside of manufacturer's specifications. **System Inspection:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 78.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 55.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat. * Restored power to the units.
