Two window units serviced both working properly at this time Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 14x20). * Checked the filtration. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Verified the unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Components Inspected (Good Condition):** * Verified the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line.
