Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage):** * Checked the pleated 20x25 filter. * Observed the indoor coil in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition of the blower wheel, secured electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan. **Measurements & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply air temperature of 106.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Restored power to the units.
