Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Confirmed overall equipment condition is good. * Observed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **Inspected Components (Good Condition):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Airflow and Temperature:** * Measured a return air temperature of 73.0°F and a supply air temperature of 121.0°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch to ensure proper function.
