Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified the pleated 1" filter is 20x20x1. Noted the filter's condition as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition.
