Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace): Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Utilizes a pleated 1" filter, sized 13x30x1. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool): Located in the backyard. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components (Working Properly): Tested and inspected the inducer draft motor, blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, furnace control board, and electrical wiring; all operating within manufacturer's specifications. Components Inspected (Good Condition): Verified the blower wheel, burners, heat exchanger, exhaust flue, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working order. Carbon Monoxide Test: Tested for carbon monoxide, resulting in 0.00 PPM. Temperature Readings: Recorded a return ai
