Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located the air handler in the garage/attic. * Observed the overall condition as fair. * Confirmed pleated 1" filtration is in place; customer will provide future filters. * Inspected and found the indoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Condenser):** * Located the heat pump condenser on the side of the house. * Observed the overall condition as fair. * Inspected and found the outdoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: * Blower motor * Heat strip kit * Condenser fan motor * Compressor * Compressor run capacitor * Fan run capacitor * Contactor * Electrical wiring **System Components:** * Confirmed good working condition of: * Blower wheel * Primary drain pan
