Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the attic, servicing the whole home. * Observed the indoor coil to be in good condition. * Verified the pleated 1" filter is in good condition; customer will replace it themselves with their spare filters. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the building. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Temperature Readings:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 76.0°F. *
