Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Crawl Space):** * Verified the unit services the 1st Floor. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Checked the 1" pleated filter (14x20) today. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of Building):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 65.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 116.0°F. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted and tested the thermostat's operation.
