09/26/2025- I arrived on site and found the installation for the kitchen duct slightly wet and the duct slightly loose which exposed some of the metal supply duct. I removed any wet insulation before re-securing the ductwork onto the supply duct. I also noticed that this kitchen supply duct has much more air pressure than the rest of the house, so it’s possible that we could install something to equalize the airflow to the rest of the house and that would also likely solve this issue if it repeats. I informed the customer to call us if this issue happens again in the future, but I have verified that the unit is working properly at this time.
