The thermostat was receiving low-voltage but was completely blank. I sent an estimate to replace the thermostat. The estimate was approved. The customer was also interested in a gold level ESA plan. We signed him up for that as well after installing the new thermostat, I tested the system operations. The system is cooling properly at this time.
