Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Checked the 24x24x1 pleated 1" antimicrobial filter. Observed the condition of the indoor coil as fair. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the condition of the outdoor coil as fair. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly. System Checks: Verified the condensate drain line is connected and strapped. Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Measured a return air temperature of 66.0°F and a supply air temperature of 101.0°F. Additional Actions: Dusted the thermostat, restored power to the units, and checked the thermo
