Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Verified the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1) was checked. Observed the condition of the indoor coil as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the condition of the outdoor coil as fair. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage of: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, and Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition): Confirmed the good condition and proper function of: Blower Wheel, Secondary Drain Pan, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork. Measurements: Measured a return air temperature of 65.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. Measured a supply air temperature of 93.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. Condensate
