Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the unit is in good condition and services the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter with a spare the customer had on hand. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected electrical components: * Blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, defrost control board, contactor, and electrical wiring are all working properly. * Inspected components: * Blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **System Performance:** * Return air temperature: 73.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 129.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Verified the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted
