Customer placed a service call. He looked outside and seen his gas package unit condenser fan motor not spinning and thought something was wrong. The fan motor does not spin on a gas package unit when it’s in heat mode I explained to him I cycled the system a couple times and the system is heating properly. He did approve an estimate for a 60 amp nonfused disconnect. I did not have one on the truck, it has been ordered and we will return to install it early next week .
