Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Checked the pleated 20x20x1 filter (2-6" rating) and noted its condition. Observed the indoor coil condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil condition.
