Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). Noted the indoor coil condition as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil condition as fair. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition): Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good working order. System Readings and Adjustments: Measured a return air temperature of 77.0°F and a supply air temperature of 108.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Dusted the return
