Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Cleaned the Accuclean filter. * Determined the indoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Determined the outdoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. * Verified the following electrical components are working within manufacturer specifications: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. * Confirmed the following components are in good working order: Blower Wheel, Secondary Drain Pan, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 105.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary drain pan
