Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. * Checked the washable filter (size 20x25). * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the building. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, and contactor are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 67.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 108.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Additional Act
