Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Equipment Assessment:** * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. * The indoor unit (furnace) is located in the garage/attic. * The outdoor unit (straight cool) is located on the side of the house. * The indoor coil condition is fair and clean. * The outdoor coil condition is fair and clean. * The unit services the whole home. **Component Testing & Inspection:** * Tested and confirmed the proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, furnace control board, and electrical wiring. * Inspected and found the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork to be in good condition and working properly. * Carbon monoxide levels tested at 0.00 PPM. **System Measurements & Adjustment
