Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage/Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Confirmed filter size as 20x20x4. Noted the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. Checked the pleated 2-6" filter; customer will replace filters on their own. Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and secondary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be clean and in good condition. Tested and confirmed the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 62.0°F and a supply air temperature of 108.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out th
