Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the attic, servicing the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size: 20x24x1/ 14x14x1). * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the building. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good working condition. **Additional Actions:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. * Dusted the thermostat and tested its operation. * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 141.0°F.
